2010 - The Year of Pitmaker! Grand Champion Brisket in the SA Rodeo and Grand Champion Brisket in the Houston Rodeo was cooked on the Pitmaker Interceptor Trailer. 2010 Humble Rodeo BBQ Cook-off with 103 Teams Competing!
Team Pitmaker Takes Home the Gold again, competing with 103 teams at the 2010 Humble Rodeo BBQ Cook-off! Head Cook John Cisneros does it again winning Overall Grand Champion! Pitmaker's other Head Cook, Julio Howard won 1st Place Brisket. Including customers competing on Pitmaker Pits, eight out of a possible 15 sanctioned trophies were won cooking on Pitmaker BBQ Pits, including Overall Grand Champion, 1st Place Brisket, 1st-3rd Place Ribs, and 3rd Place Chicken. Pitmaker teams also won 1st Place Showmanship and 1st Place Open categories.

The Pitmaker Cooking Teams kicked A$$ competing in with 239 Cooking teams, cooking with our customers! We took 1st Place Brisket, 9th and 10th Ribs, and Reserve Grand Champion. Congratulations to Head Cook John Cisneros!
